Trisha

Trisha is our little shop located in Madhya Durganagar. We are right by the Post Office More, which is a place where many people gather or pass through every day. Being near the post office means we are easy to find for anyone who lives in the area. Our setup is very basic and we like it that way. We don't use any complicated systems or have a team of people running things. It is just a local business for local people. Most of our customers are women from the surrounding streets who have known us for years. We spend a lot of time talking about our families and what is happening in the neighborhood. It feels more like visiting a friend than going to a business. The shop has its imperfections, like the old floor and the simple furniture, but it is a place where people feel at ease. We like to keep things simple and not make them more complicated than they need to be. We just want to provide a service that people need. When the festivals come around, the area gets very busy and we have more work than usual. But most of the time, it is a steady rhythm of regular customers. We keep the place tidy and wait for the next person to walk in. It is a good, simple life we have here in Madhya Durganagar.
