The Bold & The Beautiful

The Bold & The Beautiful is our little place located at 369, Dum Dum Park. We are very close to Tank Number 4, which is how most people find us if they are wandering around the neighborhood. It’s a decent sized shop for this part of Kolkata. We handle all sorts of beauty and hair work for the people who live around here. We aren't a big chain or anything like that, just a local business. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We usually have some music playing softly, or maybe the news on a small television. People come in to get ready for weddings or just for their regular upkeep. Dum Dum Park is a nice area with lots of trees and houses. Being near the tank means there’s often a bit of a breeze. We try to keep the place looking nice, but it’s not over the top. It feels like someone’s living room sometimes because of the way we talk with the regulars. We’ve been at this address for a while now and have seen the neighborhood grow. There are more shops now than when we started. We just focus on our customers and making sure they are okay while they are here. It's a lot of hard work, especially on Saturdays, but we enjoy it. If you're near Tank Number 4, stop by and say hello. We are usually there from morning until late evening most days.
