Susree

Susree has been around here for a while. We are situated at 100/88, Jessore Road, right in the Motijhil area of Kolkata. Most people know the spot because it's so close to the Amarpally Bus Stop. It’s just a regular place where we do our work every day. We don't have fancy stuff, just the usual things you'd expect. The shop opens up in the morning and we stay busy until the evening rolls around. Sometimes the traffic on Jessore Road gets really loud, but we are used to it by now. People from the neighborhood stop by, and some have been coming for years. We know their names and what they like. It’s a small space, nothing too big. We try to keep things clean and tidy. There’s always something to do, whether it’s fixing a chair or cleaning the floor after a busy hour. Life in Kolkata moves fast, but here things are a bit more relaxed. We talk about the weather or whatever is in the news. It feels good to be part of this community. If you are walking near the bus stop, you’ll probably see us. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New shops come and go, but we are still here at the same old address in Motijhil. We don't do much advertising, mostly just people telling their friends about us. It's a simple life with simple routines that keep us going through the week.
