Supal Wholesale Garments Industry Private Limited is based out of Santana Apartment over on Sourav Ganguly Avenue. We are on the second floor in Block A. Rajarhat Gopalpur is where we spend most of our days, dealing with bulk orders and all the logistics that come with wholesale. It’s a busy part of Kolkata and things are always moving fast. We aren't trying to be the biggest name out there, we just want to get the clothes where they need to go. Working in garments means there are always boxes everywhere and phones ringing. It gets a bit loud sometimes when deliveries come in or out. Being near the main road helps with the trucks, but the noise is just part of the job. Our team is small and we’ve known each other for a long time. We don't use fancy titles or anything like that. Everyone just chips in. Whether it's checking the stitching on a new batch or packing up a big shipment for a client, we just get it done. The apartment building we’re in is easy enough to find if you know the avenue. We’ve been here for a bit now and we like the rhythm of this neighborhood. It's not always perfect, and sometimes we run behind schedule when a shipment is late, but we do our best. That’s just life in the garment trade in West Bengal.
