Sukhtara Designer'S

Sukhtara Designer'S is situated on Nimu Goswami Lane in the Ahritola area of Kolkata. We are tucked away in one of those narrow lanes that the city is famous for, right near Gyan Bharati School. You can often hear the school bell ringing or the sound of children playing nearby. This part of North Kolkata has a lot of history and character, and our building fits right in with its old walls and traditional style. Inside, we have our workspace set up for design work. It’s not a shiny studio with bright lights and mirrors. It is more of a workshop where we keep our tools, fabrics, and sketches. The lighting is a bit dim sometimes, but we have our lamps to see what we are doing. We spend our days mostly focused on the details of whatever we are creating. The lane outside is usually busy with rickshaws and people walking to the market. We don't have a big storefront with a display window. Most people find us because they live in the neighborhood or heard about us from a neighbor. It’s a very local way of doing things. We don't use any complicated systems or fancy software for our business. We just keep our notes in handwritten ledgers and do our best to stay organized. It’s a simple life here in Ahritola, and we are happy just doing our work in this little corner of the city.
