We are located on the second floor of building number 33 on Rash Behari Avenue. We’re very close to the Gurudwara, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us for the first time. The stairs up to our floor are a bit steep and narrow, so it’s a bit of a climb, but we are used to it by now. The office is usually filled with rolls of different fabrics and piles of samples that we are working on. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but there is a system to the mess. We spend most of our days checking the quality of the textiles and making sure the stitching is right. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just our name on the directory downstairs. Our team is small, mostly just people who have a good eye for detail and don't mind the long hours. We don't have any corporate meetings or big presentations. We just sit around the main table and talk about what needs to be shipped out next. The street noise from Rash Behari Avenue is always there in the background, but it’s part of the charm of working in this part of the city. Sometimes we stay late when a big export order is due, drinking tea and double-checking every single label. It’s hard work, but we’ve been doing it this way for years and it suits us just fine.
