We are Shoppers Stop Ltd. and our office is tucked away at 2C Kalibari Lane. This is in the Jadavpur part of Kolkata, with the 700032 pincode. Being in India, especially in a city like Kolkata, means there is always a lot of noise and energy around. Kalibari Lane is a bit quieter than the main roads though. We have been operating from this spot for a while. It’s not a massive corporate tower, just a regular building on a regular street. We like that it feels local. Jadavpur is a well-known area and being near Kalibari Lane makes it easy for people to describe where we are. We spend our days here focusing on the work at hand. There isn't much to say about the building itself. It's functional. We have our desks and our equipment and that's about it. The people in the neighborhood are friendly enough. You might miss the turn if you aren't looking closely, as these lanes can be a bit narrow. But once you find 2C, you’ve found us. We don't try to be anything we aren't. We are just a business trying to stay organized in a busy city. It's a humble setup but it serves us well. Most days are just about getting through the to-do list and making sure everything is in order at this Jadavpur location. It is what it is.
