Shopper Stop

Finding us can be a bit tricky if you do not know the landmarks. We are over at 49/5 H/189 Karl Marx Sarani, specifically in the Jamunba Ray Ki Bari area. It is right near Nevatia Convent, which helps people locate us in Kolkata 700023. This part of town is always humming with people. Shopper Stop is the name we use, but it is really just a small operation. We share the space and keep things simple. The building has that old Kolkata feel to it. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit difficult to navigate, but we are always inside getting on with things. We are not big on decorations. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we would rather spend our time working. It is a practical setup. We know the shopkeepers nearby and we all sort of look out for each other. It is a community feel. We do not have a website or anything like that, just this physical spot. People stop by when they need something and we do what we can. It is not a polished corporate environment. It is just a workspace where we spend our days. The neighborhood is loud and crowded, but that is what makes it feel like home.
