Saha Exports

Saha Exports is located over at 210/A on Dr. A.K. Paul Road. We are right by Behala Chowrasta, which is a landmark most people in this part of Kolkata know well. The LIC building is also close by, so it is easy for people to find us. Our space is not very large, but it serves our needs for managing all the export paperwork and samples. It is often quite hot during the summer months, but we have a few fans that keep the air moving enough to work. The street outside is always full of people and rickshaws, so there is never a quiet moment. We spend a lot of time coordinating with different suppliers and checking on shipping schedules. It is a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait a bit to send out emails. We have some old wooden cabinets filled with files that have been there since we started. It is not a modern, high-tech office, just a regular place where we get our work done. The tea seller down the road comes by twice a day, and that is usually the highlight of our afternoon. We just focus on getting the goods packed and the documents ready. It is a simple operation, really. No need for anything fancy. We just try to keep things moving along smoothly despite the occasional chaos of the neighborhood and the heavy traffic.
