Inside, it’s mostly just desks and computers. We aren't really into the whole modern office decor thing. Ruchira Padia Ltd. is just a team of people trying to do a good job every day. The atmosphere is pretty informal. We talk about our weekends and share snacks while we work. Santoshpur is a nice part of town, and we appreciate the local shops. Sometimes the traffic on the main road can be a headache, but once you turn into Survey Park, it quietens down a bit. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. This is just how we talk. We spend our time looking at spreadsheets or talking to clients. It’s straightforward work. We like being in a place that feels like a real community. The neighbors at B125 are friendly enough. We just show up, do the work, and go home like everyone else. It’s a simple setup but it works for us. There's a little park nearby where we sometimes go for a walk if the afternoon gets long.
