You can find us at P-24 in the Kasba Industrial Estate, Phase II. Being in an industrial estate means we are surrounded by other factories and workshops. There is always the sound of trucks reversing and the smell of grease or metal in the air. We focus on apparel and accessories here. Our building is a plain concrete structure that is built for work, not for looking pretty. Inside, we have rows of tables where people are busy sorting through materials or checking the quality of the finished items. We don't use any marketing buzzwords because that is not how we talk. We just say what we are doing. It is a busy place, and we have to keep a close eye on the clock to make sure we meet our deadlines. The canteen nearby is where most of us go to get some food and talk about things other than work. It is an honest environment. No one is wearing a suit here. We are all in our work clothes, getting our hands a bit dirty. We have been in Phase II for a while and we have seen other businesses come and go. We just keep doing our thing, day after day. It is a practical way to live. We don't need any fancy mission statements to tell us what to do. We just want to finish the batches on time and go home.
