You can find us at 5-B Tiljala Road. It’s a busy spot and we’ve been working out of this location for a while now. Regalia International is mostly about getting things moved and exported. Our day starts early with checking on shipments and talking to people on the phone. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. Tiljala Road is always a bit chaotic with the trucks and the local traffic, but that’s just the environment we work in. We deal with a lot of logistics and making sure the containers are ready. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but that’s the nature of international trade. We aren't a huge team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. One day you’re on the phone, the next you’re out checking on cargo. We try to stay on top of things, even when the schedules get messed up by weather or port delays. It’s a practical business. We don’t spend money on fancy signs or marketing stuff; we just focus on getting the jobs done. Most of our clients have been with us for years, so they know how we work. We’re just regular people trying to make sure everything runs as smoothly as it can in a business that’s often unpredictable.
