We are based at 16/2A in Kolkata, West Bengal. The zip code is 700059. It is a typical Kolkata street, always something happening outside the door. Our building is one of those older ones that has seen a lot of history. We have been operating from this address for quite some time now. It’s not a very large space, so things can get a bit tight when we have a lot of stock coming in. We don't really do much in the way of promotion. People mostly find us through word of mouth or just by walking past on their way to the market. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that right now. We focus on the work itself. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we usually go for breaks. Life here moves at its own pace. Sometimes things are slow, and we just sit and talk. Other times, it’s a rush to get everything finished before the day ends. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just a few of us who have known each other for years. We do what we can to help the people who come in. It’s a simple life and we are happy with how things are going in this corner of the city.
