Raja & Co.

We are over at 10 Kapalitala Lane. If you know the Bowbazar area, you know how busy and crowded it gets around here most days. Raja & Co. has been in this particular spot for quite some time now. People usually find us tucked away in the narrow lane, which can be a bit tricky if it's your very first time visiting the neighborhood. The building we are in isn't anything fancy or modern, just a regular place where we get our daily work done. Most of the folks who stop by are locals or people who have been coming to this part of Kolkata for many years. It stays pretty loud outside with the traffic and people constantly walking past our front door. We don't really do much to stand out or grab attention, we just open up in the morning and stay until the job is finally finished. Sometimes the monsoon rain makes the lane a bit messy and damp, but that's just how it is in this old part of town. We've seen a lot of changes in Bowbazar over the years, though our little corner stays mostly the same. There are plenty of other shops nearby, so there's always something going on outside. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about being high-tech or looking a certain way. It's more about just being here and doing what we do.
