Our place is at 79 Mateshwar Tala Road, not too far from the Chinese Kali Mandir. If you are familiar with Govinda Khatick Road, we aren't hard to spot. It’s a busy part of the city, and there’s always something going on outside our door. We’ve been here for a while now, working out of this space where the floors are a bit uneven and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint. We mostly deal with the daily tasks of running a local business, which means answering phones, checking our inventory, and making sure whatever we are working on gets finished on time. It’s not a large operation, just a few of us trying to stay on top of things. Sometimes the electricity cuts out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We see a lot of familiar faces coming by, mostly people from the nearby houses or other shops on the street. It’s a practical kind of life here. We don't spend much time on decorations or making the office look sleek; we’re more concerned with making sure the work is done right. The sound of the street and the temple nearby is the background noise to our whole day. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it.
