Our business is up on the 4th floor of the SDF building in Paridhan Garment Park. We've been here at Canal South Road for a while now, and most days are just busy with fabric and orders. People come up to the park to see what we're working on, though it's not a fancy office at all. It is just a workspace where things get done. There are a lot of machines going and stacks of clothes everywhere you look. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with all the activity. We handle things ourselves, from checking the materials to making sure things are packed right. It's a lot of stairs if the lift is acting up, which happens more than we'd like, but that’s just how it is here. Most of us have been working together for years. We know the neighborhood well. Lunch breaks usually happen at the desks or near the window. We try to keep things moving so we don't fall behind. It’s not always organized perfectly, but the work gets finished eventually. Dealing with the logistics of being on the 4th floor has its challenges every single day. Usually, it's just about getting the day's tasks sorted. Nothing too complicated, just a normal day at the park. We see the same faces every morning in the hallway. It feels like a small community here. Sometimes we run out of space for all the boxes, so we have to shuffle things around.
