We are over at No. 97 Park Street. It’s a well-known street, so finding Rangoli Sarees Ltd. isn't too difficult for most people. The building is older but it has a lot of character and history. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and we’ve seen the street change a lot over the years. Our shop is pretty straightforward. We have long counters where we show things to people. It’s a bit traditional in that way. We don’t go in for fancy modern decor or bright neon signs. We prefer the way things have always been. The staff here has been with us for years, so we’re more like a family than a company. We have a lot of regular customers who come in just to say hello even if they aren't buying anything that day. It gets very busy during the festival seasons, and we often have to stay late to get everything back in order and fold the items that were looked at. We don't use much in the way of scripts or sales pitches. We just show what we have and let people decide. Sometimes the traffic on Park Street makes it hard for deliveries to reach us on time, but we’ve learned to be patient with the drivers. It’s just part of being in this busy part of town. We’re just here every day, doing the same thing we’ve done for years. We hope that when people walk in, they feel like they can take their time.
