Panghat Sarees

We are based over in Burra Bazar, right inside Saraf Tower. Most folks know the spot because it is right near the Axis Bank on Kalakar Street. It gets pretty crowded around here with all the traffic and people moving about, but that’s just how things are in this part of town. Our place is at No. 2/2B on Chetan Seth Street. We spend most of our mornings getting the shop ready and making sure everything is in its place before the first person walks through the door. It is a busy area, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We have been in this building for a while now. The space isn't huge, but it works for what we do every day. Sometimes the elevator in the tower is a bit slow, so we just take the stairs if we are in a hurry. Being in Burra Bazar means you see all sorts of people. We just focus on our stock and keep the shelves filled up. It is mostly about getting the work done and making sure we have what people are looking for when they stop by. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just us working in this corner of the city. We try to keep things simple and just handle the daily business as it comes. You might have seen our sign if you were walking down toward the bank recently.
