Kanyaka

Kanyaka is located at number 18, right in the 700051 area of Kolkata. We are very close to the VIP Market, which is a place most people around here visit often. Our shop is just a regular local business. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just open our doors every morning and see who comes in. It’s a busy part of town because of the market nearby. You can always hear the rickshaws and the people talking outside. We’ve been at this address for quite a while. Inside, things are kept simple. We have our stock and our counter. People come to us for different things throughout the week. We try to keep the place tidy, but sometimes when new items arrive, it gets a bit cluttered for a day or two. That’s just part of running a shop. We know most of our regular customers by name. It’s the kind of place where you can just drop in and look around without feeling pressured. We don't really do big sales pitches. If you like something, you buy it. We just provide what we have on the shelves and try to be helpful if someone asks a question. It is a very straightforward way of doing business. Being near the VIP Market helps because people are already in the mood to browse. We are just happy to be a part of the daily life in this neighborhood and see the locals every day.
