Palsons Exports

Palsons Exports is based at No. 10/d/1 on Ho-chi-minh Sarani. It’s a well-known street in Kolkata, so it’s easy for people to find us once they get the right building. The office is pretty functional and doesn't have much in the way of decoration or fancy furniture. We have some desks, filing cabinets, and a lot of boxes waiting to be sent out to various places. Exporting is a lot of work with all the forms and shipping schedules, so most of us are usually busy on our computers or on the phone with agents. It’s not a place where we show off products; it’s more about the logistics of moving things from one place to another. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now and the landlord hasn't changed much. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't really gotten around to it yet. Sometimes the tea man comes by in the afternoon and we take a short break to drink and talk, but otherwise, it’s a pretty steady grind from morning to evening. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know how the business works. The street outside can get very crowded during the day, so getting deliveries in and out requires some good timing. We just keep our heads down and get the work done.
