Naumi Fashions Private Limited is located at 20 Park Lane, which is right by the Park Street police station. Being in this part of Kolkata means there is always something going on outside our doors. It’s a very busy area, full of shops and people and cars constantly honking. Our office is in one of the older buildings on the lane, and it has a lot of character, even if the stairs are a bit steep and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint. We spend our time here handling the fashion side of things, which mostly involves a lot of paperwork, phone calls, and looking at fabric samples. It can get pretty hectic when a new season is coming up, but we just take it one day at a time. Because we are so close to Park Street, we often step out for a quick bite or to meet someone at a nearby cafe. It’s a good location for staying connected to what’s happening in the city. We don’t try to act like a giant corporation; we’re just a small team of people who enjoy being in the middle of the action. The office is usually a mess of sketches and cloth scraps, but that’s just how we work. It’s an honest, busy environment where we try to stay on top of our orders and keep things moving forward in the fashion world.
