Sanjana Fashions Pvt. Ltd.

We are based out of Hemkunda Estate, specifically at No. 67/ Ap/ 1& 2 along the B. B. T. Road in Khalpool Mahestalla. Sanjana Fashions is what we call ourselves, though mostly we just think of ourselves as a small crew working in the garment trade. The estate is a big place with lots of different businesses, but we have our own corner where we handle our daily production. It can get quite loud with the machines running and the traffic outside on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't have a glossy brochure or a fancy website because we spend all our time on the shop floor. Most of our days are spent checking fabric and making sure the stitching is okay. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we find our rhythm. The space we have is a bit tight with all the rolls of cloth, but we make it work. We’ve been in Mahestalla for several years now and we like being part of the local industrial scene. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes we have to stay late when a big order needs to go out, but that’s just the nature of the business. We don't make big promises, we just do the work that’s in front of us every day. It's just how things are done here without any fancy management talk.
