Landmark Group

Landmark Group is based in Kolkata at 22/3A Bright Street. The area is pretty old and has a lot of character. Our office is just a part of the landscape here. We’ve got high ceilings and those big windows that don’t always close right, but they let in a good breeze. Kolkata weather can be tough, so we appreciate that. We don't really have a fancy reception area. When you walk in, you’re basically in the middle of everything. We have stacks of papers and boxes everywhere because we’re always busy with something. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we’re more like a bunch of neighbors than anything else. We don’t go in for all that corporate talk. We just do the work that needs to be done. Bright Street is a busy place, and there’s always something going on outside. Sometimes the tea seller comes by with those little clay cups, and we all take a ten-minute break. It’s a simple way of running things. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to finish our tasks and make sure the business stays steady. It’s a practical place for practical people who grew up around here. We usually close up early on Saturdays to get some rest.
