Our workshop is located at 55/1/2 Sastitala Road. It is an old part of the area and the building has been there for a long time. You can hear the sounds of the street outside all day long—mostly horns and people shouting. Inside, we have our own noise going on. We are a small group of people who like working with our hands. The floors are concrete and there is always a bit of dust in the air from whatever we are cutting or assembling that day. We have a few heavy workbenches that have been around since we started. There are tools hanging on the walls and piles of materials in the corners. It is not the kind of place where you would find fancy furniture or a reception desk. Usually, if someone comes by, they just find us at the back working on something. We take our tea breaks sitting on wooden stools near the main door where there is a bit of a breeze. It is honest work and it gets our hands dirty. We do not spend much time on the computer unless we are checking an order or looking at a drawing. Most of the day is spent measuring, cutting, and putting things together. It is a bit cluttered, and we probably should tidy up more often, but we know where everything is. We just focus on making things that last.
