Our place is right at 1 Dilip Ganguly Sarani in the Dunlop area. It’s a well-known spot for locals who live around here. We’ve been operating under the name Santiniketan Online from this single room for some time now. Dunlop is a busy junction, so there's always a lot of noise from buses and taxis nearby. Our building is right there on the street. It’s not a very big space inside, but it’s enough for what we do. Mostly, we handle various online-related tasks and services that people in the area need on a daily basis. It’s just a couple of us working here. We don't have any big signs or bright lights to attract attention. Most people just walk in because they saw the address or heard about us from a neighbor. The street can get quite muddy when it rains, and the traffic at the Dunlop crossing is always a mess, but we manage to get through it. We spend a lot of time on the computers, making sure things are processed correctly and on time. We don't use any fancy words to describe what we do here. It’s just basic service for the people around here. Sometimes the internet is slow, and we have to wait, which can be frustrating during a busy day. We try to be patient and get through the list of things to do. It’s a simple life working in this part of town on Dilip Ganguly Sarani.
