Bedwin Diwana Aam

We are situated at 4 B B Chatterjee Road, right near the Ballygunge Station in Kasba. Being so close to the station means there is always a crowd outside. The noise from the trains and the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over the years. Our restaurant, Bedwin Diwana Aam, is a busy little spot. We don't have much room for people to lounge around. It's more of a place where you come to eat and then continue with your day. We start early to get everything prepared for the lunch rush. The kitchen is a small space, and things can get pretty tight when we have three or four people working back there. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it’s a bit of a scramble. We’ve had the same sign out front for a long time, and it’s faded a bit from the sun. The tables are basic and we use simple plates. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. Our focus is just on the daily tasks of running a restaurant in a busy part of Kasba. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the traffic near the station, and we have to adjust. It’s just part of life here at 700042. We’ve got a loyal group of regulars who come in every week. It’s nice to see the same faces while we’re working.
