Kolapata

We are over here at 48 Dum Dum Road. This part of Motijhil has always been pretty busy, so you have probably seen the sign if you ever walk by. We are quite close to Dum Dum Phari, which is how most folks find us if they are not from right around the corner. It is just a regular building, nothing too fancy to look at from the outside. People come in and out all day. Sometimes the traffic on the road gets a bit loud, but that is just how it is in Kolkata. We have been here for some time now and most of the neighbors know us by name. It is not a very big place but we make it work. The address is easy to remember since it is right on the main stretch. Most days we are just busy doing what we do. You see the same faces often, which is nice. If you are coming from the Phari, it is just a short walk. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. Most people just stumble upon us or hear about the place from someone else in the neighborhood. It gets a bit crowded during the peak hours, especially with everyone moving around Motijhil. We just keep the doors open and try to stay organized. It is a simple setup we have here at Kolapata. Nothing more, nothing less.
