L. I. Fashion Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 4-A, Satyen Ray Road, right on the Main Road. Being on the main road means there is always traffic passing by and plenty of noise from the buses and auto-rickshaws. We’ve been here for several years now. The building is easy to find because of its prime location. Inside, we have our setup for managing the fashion business. It's not like those high-end boutiques you see in the fancy malls. It's more of a functional space where the real work of the day happens. We have rolls of fabric in some corners and various samples hanging on the walls. It’s a bit cluttered at times, especially when a new shipment arrives, but we know where everything is. Our team is small, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time. We don't follow a strict corporate dress code; we just wear what works for a long day of moving around the office. Most of our visitors are people we’ve known for years. We don't use big words or try to sound more important than we actually are. We just make clothes and handle the business side of things from this specific office. When the monsoons come, the road outside gets a bit flooded, but we still manage to get things done. It’s just part of being in this neighborhood. We like the energy of the Main Road. It keeps us going.
