G-Eleven Garments

We run G-Eleven Garments over at Five Star Market. If you know the Khidderpore area, you probably know where Fancy Market is. We are right there at Shop No. 1-A on the first floor of 26 Karl Marx Sarani. It gets pretty crowded around here, especially on weekends, but we like the energy. We’ve been handling clothes for a while now. It started small and we just kept at it. Most days you’ll find us sorting through new stock or talking to folks who drop by. The shop isn't huge but we fit a lot in there. People come in looking for something specific and sometimes they just browse. We try to keep things organized but it’s a busy spot. Working in this part of Kolkata means you meet all sorts of people. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street noise below. We deal with different types of garments. It’s a lot of manual work, checking sizes and making sure things look right on the racks. We don’t have a big fancy office, just the shop floor and a small space to sit. If you are walking around near Fancy Market, you can find us easily enough. We open up in the morning and stay until things quiet down. It's just a regular local business trying to do things right. Nothing too complicated about it. We just focus on the clothes and the customers who walk through the door.
