Our place is located at Plot No. S-59 over in Phase III of the Kasba Industrial Estate. Reflexions Narayani Impex Pvt. Ltd. sounds like a long name, but we are mostly just focused on the day-to-day operations inside the factory walls. Being in an industrial area means there are always trucks moving around and it’s pretty loud during the day. We’ve been at this spot for some time now. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our setup where the actual work happens. It’s mostly about managing the inventory and getting the imports and exports sorted out. It can get pretty dusty around here with all the construction and movement in the estate. We don't spend much time on decorating the office or anything like that because we are usually too busy with the paperwork and the shipping schedules. Sometimes the power goes out or the roads get blocked, which is just part of being in this zone. We have a small crew and everyone knows their job. We don’t really have a big reception area or a lot of visitors, just the usual delivery guys and staff. It’s a practical workspace meant for getting things moved from point A to point B without any extra fuss. We keep the machines running and the files updated as best as we can every single day.
