Karishma Sarees

We've been here at 177- B Chittaranjan Avenue for a while now. It's easy to find us because we're right opposite Ram Mandir. People in the neighborhood know us as Karishma Sarees. It’s just a regular shop where we keep a lot of different sarees on the shelves. Sometimes the shop gets a bit crowded on weekends, but we try to help everyone who walks through the door. Chittaranjan Avenue is a busy place, so there's always noise outside. If you are coming down Chittaranjan Avenue, just look for us opposite Ram Mandir. We mostly just focus on getting things ready for customers. My family started this, and we just keep it going day by day. We don't have a big website or anything fancy. It's just us here. If you are walking past the temple, you'll see our sign. We keep the doors open and just wait to see who comes in. Usually, it's folks from nearby looking for something for a wedding or a small function. We try to keep things organized, but sometimes the stacks of cloth get a bit messy when it's busy. It is what it is. We like being part of this street. There’s always someone stopping by to chat or look at what's new. We don't do big ads. Most people just find us by walking by or hearing about us from a neighbor. That’s how we like it, really. Just a local spot. It's been our home for a long time.
