Kaberi

Kaberi is our shop located at CL 263 in Sector 2. We are quite close to CK Market, which is a major spot in this part of Kolkata 700064. Being near the market means we get a lot of foot traffic during the day. People stop by after they finish their daily errands or shopping for groceries. The shop itself is tucked into the block at CL 263. It’s not a massive place, but we have enough room to get the job done for everyone. The interior is functional with the usual mirrors and chairs that you would expect in a local shop. We keep a stack of old magazines on the side table for anyone who has to wait for a chair to open up. The air usually has a mix of smells, mostly talc and maybe some hair oil. It’s a neighborhood spot through and through. We know when the market is busy and when things quiet down in the afternoon. Sector 2 is a nice place to work, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the streets here over the years. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do; we just cut hair and keep the place tidy for the next person.
