We are up in 5C, Stephen Court, right on 18A Park Street. It’s a well-known building, though it’s seen better days and has its quirks. Working here means you’re right in the middle of everything in the city. We deal with fashion items, so there are always samples of clothes and different fabrics hanging around the walls. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes, with pins on the floor and sketches taped to the mirrors. We have a small team of people who actually know how to handle a needle and thread. It’s not like a big factory; it’s more personal and quiet. We talk about designs and fix mistakes as they happen. The light from the windows is good in the morning, which helps when you’re trying to match colors or see fine details. Park Street is always loud with cars and people, but once you’re inside the office, it’s a bit quieter. We’ve been here for a while and the elevator still acts up now and then, so we often just take the stairs to save time. It’s a lot of back and forth with suppliers and tailors. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like making things that look decent and fit well. It’s a lot of hours spent over cutting tables, but we enjoy the process. We finish up, tidy the threads, and do it again.
