Gm Zhil Mil Dresses

Gm Zhil Mil Dresses is our small shop at W-34 Kankhuli Road. We are in the Talpukur Ara area, which is a bit of a walk from the main hubs, but it’s where we’ve always been. The shop name sounds a bit bright, but the space itself is quite simple. We have racks and shelves filled with dresses we’ve put together. The building is old, and you can tell by looking at the windows and the walls. We don't mind it though. It’s got a bit of character. Most days, we are just busy sorting through materials or talking to the people who live nearby. It’s a friendly neighborhood. We don't use any corporate language because we aren't a big corporation. We are just a few people working with fabric. Sometimes we have a radio playing in the background while we work. It keeps the atmosphere light and helps the time go by. The street outside can get a bit muddy when it rains, so we spend a lot of time mopping the entrance. We don't have a big sign with lights or anything. Just a simple one so people know they are at the right place. We just want to do our work and go home at the end of the day. It’s not a complicated business, just us and our dresses on Kankhuli Road. It feels right to be part of the community here.
