Esper Fashions Private Limited

Esper Fashions Private Limited is based out of a flat in the Siddhartha building. The address is 14/2 Burdwan Road, and we’re specifically in Flat 2B. This is in the Alipore area, which is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs of Kolkata, but still very central. Working out of an apartment gives the whole business a different feel. It’s not like those sterile offices you see in the new IT parks. Here, we have actual rooms and a kitchen where we take our lunch breaks. The building has been around for a bit, so everyone knows each other. We spend our days managing the fashion side of the company from this second-floor space. Sometimes the lift is a bit temperamental, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have any big slogans on the walls. We just have our workstations and our stock. Being on Burdwan Road means we’re close to everything we need, but we can still have a bit of peace to focus on our designs and orders. It’s a simple arrangement that works for us. We handle all our calls and emails from here, and it’s where we make the main decisions for the company. It feels more like a small family operation because of the setting, and that’s just how we like to keep it.
