Mascot Garments Pvt. Ltd. is based at 3 Rustomjee Parsee Road. We are up on the 1st floor in the Cossipore area. This part of the city has a lot of history and you can see it in the old buildings around us. Working on the 1st floor means we get a bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice during the humid months. Our workspace is filled with the sound of sewing machines and people talking. It’s a functional place. We have our cutting tables and the finishing section all laid out where they fit best. We aren't interested in looking like a modern tech company. We are a garment place, through and through. The stairs up to our floor are a bit worn down, but they’ve held up through many years of people carrying bundles of cloth. Rustomjee Parsee Road is always humming with activity. We see the same faces every day and we like the community here in Cossipore. At Mascot Garments Pvt. Ltd., we just focus on getting the sewing done right and meeting our dates. We don’t have a lot of time for fancy meetings. We’d rather be on the floor checking the seams or counting the inventory. It’s hard work, and your back might ache by the end of the shift, but seeing the finished garments all packed up makes it feel okay. We just do our part.
