We operate out of the ground floor at 12-d Heysham Road. It’s a quiet enough street, though it gets a bit cramped when trucks come by. Being on the ground floor makes it easy to move our apparel stock in and out without having to deal with elevators or stairs. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a daily habit. The space isn't huge, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes. You’ll usually see a few of us sorting through clothes or checking tags near the front entrance. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive furniture. Our desks are old and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time making sure the orders are packed correctly. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when we have a big shipment going out, but we manage. The neighborhood is mostly residential with a few other offices mixed in, so we try not to make too much noise. We like the location because it feels a bit more personal than being in a massive industrial park. It’s just a normal workplace where we come every day to get the job done. We just keep our heads down, stay busy, and make sure everything is handled with a bit of care.
