Pratap Dresses Group

We are located on the 1st floor at No. 131 Cotton Street. It’s right near Satyanarayan Park in the AC Market area. Getting up the stairs can be a bit of a workout when you’re carrying bags. Pratap Dresses Group has been in this spot for a while now. The building is old and has that specific smell of old paper and fabric. It’s always crowded on Cotton Street with handcarts and people rushing around. Inside our place, it’s a bit quieter but still very busy. We have racks and racks of clothes squeezed into the space. The ceiling is high but we’ve filled it up with storage shelves. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us working near the back. We spend a lot of time checking the invoices and making sure the orders are packed right for the customers. The AC Market is a famous place, so we get people from all over coming through. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. It’s just about buying and selling dresses and making sure the shop stays running. Sometimes we eat our lunch at the main desk while we work. It’s just how it is. We like being part of the hustle and bustle of this part of town. There is always something to do at 131 Cotton Street.
