Bsen is located at 54A Surendranath Banerjee Road. It’s a very old part of the city, and the building reflects that. The ceilings are high and the walls are thick, which helps keep things a bit cooler during the summer months. Being on SN Banerjee Road means we are right in the middle of everything. The trams and buses go past all day long. It’s a hectic place to work, but we’ve gotten used to the constant noise of the street. Inside, it’s a different world. We have our files and our old furniture, and we just go about our business. We’ve been here for decades, and not much has changed in how we handle our daily tasks. We aren't really interested in the latest business trends. We just show up every morning and do what needs to be done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just light a few candles and keep working. It’s that kind of place. People know they can find us here from Monday to Saturday. We don't have a big marketing department or any of that. If someone needs what we offer, they usually know where to find us or they ask someone on the street. It’s a very traditional way of doing things, but it works for us. We just keep the door open and wait for the next person to walk in with a question or an order. It's not flashy, but it's consistent and reliable.
