You’ll find Brad Fashions & Designing Private Limited on the ground floor at 18/7 Dover Lane. We are right by Gariahat Market, so as you can imagine, it’s incredibly busy around here. The sound of the market is always in the background—people shouting, cars honking, and the general bustle of Gariahat. Our shop is a small slice of that chaos. We have our designing area and the display space all crammed together. It’s a bit tight, especially when customers are trying things on and we are trying to sketch out new ideas at the same time. We don't have a polished showroom with perfect lighting. Instead, we have shelves that are sometimes a bit dusty and a floor that sees a lot of foot traffic. We’ve been in this spot near the market for a long time, and we’ve gotten used to the fast pace. Designing clothes here feels right because we see so many different styles walking past our door every hour. We do our own thing, focusing on the patterns and the fabrics we like. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, or the rain leaks near the entrance, but we just put a bucket down and keep going. It’s a real, working shop in one of the busiest parts of the city, and we wouldn't have it any other way.
