Blue Belle

We are over at 60/1, R K Chatterjee Road. It’s a busy spot in Kasba. Most people know the area because of the Vodafone Stores nearby. It’s just us here, running Blue Belle. We’ve been at this address in Kolkata 700042 for some time now. Some days it is quiet, other days there are many people on the street outside. We open up in the morning and stay until evening. It isn't a huge place. You probably pass it if you live around here. We just do our work and go home. There is always traffic on R K Chatterjee Road, especially during the office hours. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit messy outside the door, but that is just how it is in this part of town. We don’t have any fancy signs or anything. Just a regular shop front. If you are walking down from the main crossing, we are on the left side. The neighbors are nice enough. Most of the people who come in live right in the blocks around us. We know most of their names by now. It is a decent place to work. We try to keep things clean and tidy inside. Nothing more to say really. Just a local business trying to get through the day. We see the same faces every week and that feels good. Also, we sometimes have to deal with the power cuts, but that is part of life here. It makes it interesting at times.
