Bishnu Mama Fashions Private Limited

We are located in New Santoshpur, right on the Karbala link road. Our building is A3-21/6. If you see the Honda showroom, you are very close to us. It’s a busy part of Kolkata. We do fashion work here, mostly focused on everyday clothing for the local market. The space is a bit tight because we have several sewing machines and cutting tables squeezed into the rooms. It’s not a quiet place. There is always the sound of stitching and people talking. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything. People just walk in past the main door. We have a few racks where we hang the latest samples for people to see. It gets pretty dusty with all the fabric lint flying around. We spend a lot of time checking the seams and making sure everything is stitched right. It’s a private company, but it feels more like a workshop. The staff is small, and everyone knows each other. Sometimes we eat lunch together on the big cutting table when it’s clear of cloth. The traffic on Karbala link road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We usually stay until the sun goes down to finish the day's tasks. It is just honest work. We don't put on any acts for visitors. What you see is what you get. Just a bunch of us working with cloth in a small room near the showroom. It is crowded but we get the job done.
