You will find Arati Apparels right at No. 62/1 Niranjan Sen Nagar, very close to the Dunlop Bridge Bus Stand. Being so close to the bus stand means it is always busy outside, and we get a lot of people just popping in while they wait for their ride to arrive. We deal in clothes and fabrics, mostly stuff for everyday wear that people need. The shop is usually full of stacks of material and finished garments waiting to go out to customers. It can look a bit messy to an outsider, but we know where every single piece is kept. We started this because we know a bit about stitching and what people like to wear in this neighborhood. We are not a high-end fashion boutique with fancy lights. It is more of a practical place where you can get decent clothes without a lot of fuss or high prices. The machines are usually humming in the back room, and there is always someone busy with a needle or a pair of scissors. We do not have a fancy website or a big team behind us. It is just a few of us making sure the quality is okay and the prices are fair for everyone. People from the neighborhood stop by often just to see what is new or to get something adjusted. It is a local business through and through.
