Our place is located at P-17D, Ashutoash Chowdhury Avenue, and it’s usually a bit of a hive of activity from early morning. Antar Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is where we handle a lot of the garment work that keeps us busy through the seasons. It isn't a quiet office. You’ll hear the constant hum of sewing machines and the sound of heavy scissors cutting through layers of fabric. We have rolls of cloth stacked up against the walls, sometimes making the hallways a bit narrow to walk through. The staff here has been with us for years, and we all know how the routine goes. We focus on getting the measurements right and making sure the stitching holds up. Ashutoash Chowdhury Avenue is a lively area, so there is always noise from the street coming through the windows. We drink a lot of tea while we work, especially when we have a big order to finish by Friday. There’s no big fancy reception desk here. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone checking labels or packing boxes for delivery. We don't spend much time on decorations because the clothes take up all the space. It’s a practical setup meant for work, not for showing off. Every day is a bit different depending on what fabric we are working with, but the goal is always just to get the pieces finished and out the door to wherever they need to go next.
