Ak Garments

Our shop, Ak Garments, is at No. 308 in the Uttar Panchanno area. It’s a bit of a specific location to find if you aren't from around here. We are near Trinomool Bhawan and the Sham Golden Academy. If you find the academy, you’re basically there. It’s a local neighborhood, not one of those big fancy shopping districts, which suits us just fine. We have a lot of garments piled up inside, mostly stuff for everyday wear. We spend our time checking through the stock and helping whoever walks in through the door. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be smart about how we stack things up. Sometimes it feels a bit tight when we get a new shipment in. The area around Uttar Panchanno is always moving, with kids going to the academy and people heading to the Bhawan. We’ve been here for a while and the people around here know us by name. We aren't trying to be the biggest garment store in the city; we just want to provide decent clothes to the people in our part of town. It’s a lot of hard work, especially during the summer heat, but we keep the fans going and stay on top of things. It’s just a basic business run by people who know a bit about clothes and like being part of the local community. We don't have a website or anything, just the shop.
