We aren't some big chain; it's just a small operation. The shop has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it. We don't have a website or any fancy digital stuff. We just rely on people coming in. The street can be quite lively, and we often hear the kids playing nearby at the club. Inside, we have some chairs for customers to sit and take their time. We don't like to rush anyone. Sometimes we have a backlog of things to organize, and you might see some boxes in the corner. That’s just part of running a small place. We don't use any special phrases to describe what we do. We just sell sarees to the people in Agarpara. It’s a straightforward business. We enjoy the conversations we have with the locals. It makes the day go by faster.
