Davao International Education Academy Private Limited

We are located at Number 21 in Villiayar Colony, which is part of Rail Nagar near the Kattankulathur Post. It’s a bit of a trek out here in Chengalpattu but we like the space. Davao International Education Academy Private Limited is basically a few rooms in a quiet residential-style building. We have a small yard in the front where students sometimes park their cycles. The area is much quieter than the city center, which helps when we are trying to focus. We’ve got some basic desks and chairs scattered around. The walls are painted a light blue, though they could probably use a fresh coat soon. Most of us here just handle the day-to-day tasks like answering phones and checking papers. There’s a small shop around the corner where we usually get our lunch. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just wait for the generator to kick in or open the windows. It’s a very practical setup. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door and some space to work. People find us through the local community mostly. We keep the registers in a big cupboard by the entrance. It’s not a very complicated operation. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. That’s really all there is to it. The train tracks aren't too far away, so we hear the express trains now and then. It keeps us on schedule.
