Sri Saai Ram International School

We are over in Muthiyalpet, which is in the Ayyampettai area of Kanchipuram. Our school is near the Ayyempet Post, so it’s easy for people to find us if they know the local landmarks. Kanchipuram is a place with a lot of history, and we feel like a small part of the community here. The school building is fairly large but it’s not overly modern or shiny. We have been teaching kids from the surrounding villages and the town for a while now. Every day starts with the usual bustle of students arriving on foot or by cycle. We have a basic routine that we follow, and it keeps things organized for everyone. It’s not always perfect; sometimes things get delayed or we have to change the schedule because of the weather, but we deal with it as it comes. We are just regular people running a school for the local families. We don't have any big corporate backing, just the fees we collect and the work we put in ourselves. You’ll see us around the grounds during the day, making sure the rooms are okay and the kids are where they should be. It’s a quiet life for the most part, away from the main city noise of Kanchipuram. We just provide a place where the kids can come and sit and learn their lessons every day. It works for us and the families here who send their children.
