Greenwood Restaurant

Greenwood Restaurant is located over in the Christian Basti area of Guwahati. We are on G S Road, but a bit further down from the main station hub, near where Dona Planet is. If you know the ABC area, you probably pass us all the time. It’s a busy stretch of road with lots of new shops and offices popping up every month. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. Being near Dona Planet means there is always a crowd of younger people and families walking around. We just try to provide a decent place for them to stop. It’s not a huge space, but it works for us. Our address is 781005, and we’ve been here long enough that most of the regulars don’t even need to look at the sign. We don’t have a big corporate team or anything. It is just a few of us making sure things are clean and the food goes out on time. Sometimes the morning rush is a bit much, and other times it’s quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We just take it as it comes. G S Road is never really silent, but we like the energy of Christian Basti. It feels like a good place to be. We just keep doing what we do every day without trying to be something we aren't.
