Zaffran Veg & Nonveg Restaurant

You can find us in the Deevan Complex at Deevan Chowk in Junagadh. We are right near the Punjab National Bank, so there are always people around doing their banking or running errands. We serve both veg and non-veg food because that is what the people here asked for. Our kitchen is divided to keep things proper, which is a lot of work but necessary. The restaurant is not anything fancy to look at from the outside. We have some tables and chairs and a counter where we take orders. Most of our customers are locals who live nearby or work in the shops around Deevan Chowk. We start early in the morning to get the stoves going. It is a bit of a routine now. We know which days will be busy based on the bank holidays. If the bank is closed, it is usually a bit quieter for us too. We do not have a marketing team or someone to write nice things about us. We are just a group of people who know how to cook and serve food. Sometimes we make mistakes, or the tea is not exactly how someone likes it, but we fix it and move on. The street outside can get quite dusty, so we are always dusting the furniture. It is just a regular local business trying to do things right in our corner of Junagadh.
